Earnest Money for new beginner Wholesaler

Hello,

I'm new to Houston, TX, and completely new to real estate investing. I am currently in a master class with Women Real Estate Investing, Teresa Todd. My question is how much earnest money do I need to wholesale here in Texas and where would I get it from? Also, I would like to partner with another investor/wholesaler. Call me, so we can talk.

Terry

You need a minimum of $10 for earnest and option, you can not put $0. Market standard is 1% earnest and $50 per day option.
