California wholesalers WITH Realtor License

Who here has their Realtor License and also wholesales? I am curious to know if you have to split any of the money with your brokerage if its a wholesale deal and also, how do you do your contracts? You just use the residential purchase agreements we have or can you use others? Also how does the commission end up working? If the seller is going to give the buyers agent 3% and I am tieing up their property then what happens to that 3%? Thanks a bunch if any of you know..
