JV Contract for Wholesale

Hello everyone, 

I am still fairly new to wholesaling. I've wholesaled a few properties but am just getting familiarized with the use of other investor's buyers for properties I have under contract. Does anyone have any JV contracts that they can share and walk me through the process? I assume it's somewhat the same but just want to be sure I do things correctly. And also, any tips is also appreciated. Thank you for your help!
