Regular Katy BP Meetup

Good evening ladies and gents,

Realtors, Contractors, Investors, Lenders, and Learners are welcome! There are BP members hosting BP meetup events around Houston, Pearland (not sure about this one), and the Greater Heights area (contact Dylan Eldred for this one), but I haven't found a regular meetup closer to the west side of Houston. 

I think there's a need for a meetup closer to Katy. I think that Katy is a good central point for those that live in Katy, Cypress, or Memorial to name a few,

The idea is to have a regular meeting on the first Wednesday of every month from 7~9 PM Near I-10 and 99.

Any suggestions about time or place are more than welcome.
