Help Please! North Carolina & Alabama

Matt D.
Posted

Hey Everyone!

I'm just getting into two new markets, Alabama & North Carolina, and would like to know which areas/cities are best to focus on to better my chances of success. At the moment I'm only in Alabama and focus on both Birmingham and Montgomery. You think I stay focus on just these two areas?

Also, I really want to get into the North Carolina market and was looking for some advice to which cities I should focus on? I would like to narrow down my list to 4 cities and I'm currently looking at the following:

Jacksonville, Durham, Raleigh, Burlington, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, Greensboro

Any advice, is welcome, thanks all!!!

I'm from Jacksonville and currently live in the Wilmington-Carolina Beach area. If I could make a suggestion on areas it would definitely be Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Many people are moving here and Wilmington is growing rapidly. If you want to dive in deeper lets connect on here and we can discuss. Best of luck on your real estate journey!
