What is contract type between wholesalers working in different states to close a deal?

I am a new wholesaler that has a house on contract in another state. I have a wholesaler in that state that is willing to help with the deal.

Do I add the other wholesaler to my signed contract? (The seller is aware I am bringing someone else in to help with the deal)

We have agreed to split the fee. However, what kind of contract is drawn up between me and the other wholesaler on who is doing what work and how much each will get paid?
