Determine if Owner Lives in property

Hi Friends, 

I'm a local investor who is in the planning stages of their wholesaling campaign. Quick question: I have a sold database of properties to direct mail, but want to confirm the address of the owner. Is there a way I can pull with property owner address without having to pay $1-3 for each record on the county website? Thank you for any input and help!

In my experience, skip tracing is a more affordable approach.
