Not mine personally, but a buddy of mine did $200k assignment on one deal. Granted a large commercial project, but largest wholesale deal that I've seen at least!

Are you still seeing success doing this? I’m curious how do you start out doing this what are some strategies? Do I need a super strong marketing campaign or should I jump in with someone who is willing to teach me the ropes for a fee? Thank you!

We use Batchleads, great program to get up and running in wholesale and lead generation. That's definitely not an every month or every year kinda deal...but he steadily does $15-30k/month in assignments.

Mentors help but not a must! I think it is a good resource, finding one in your market and offering to help/JV/cold call etc. Jump in and get your feet wet!
