Instead of answering how much you should charge for wholesaling the hotel, answer these 2 questions...

      1. What do you have the hotel under contract for?

      2. What is the hotel worth to a cash investor?

Maybe your assignment should be $5,000. Maybe your assignment fee should be $500,000. The answer to the above 2 questions will determine how much "you should charge"
