Looking for a wholesale partner to get started

Hi there, I’m as new as they come. I’v been involved in real estate my entire life and it’s time I take my first step into the market. Because I’m a fresh graduate, I’m looking to get into whole selling first. I’m looking for a partner/mentor to help me get started and walk with me in the journey. I’ve recently moved to a new area with my wife and there is lots of houses here for sale in rough shape. I’m willing to do anything to get started!
