How dispo deals with less buyers in market

Hi all, I work for a decent sized real estate investment company in Atlanta, GA. We are starting to see an obvious change in the market I am sure we are all aware of. I am mainly trying to gain a little knowledge on how some wholesalers are dispoing their deals. We have seen it become harder and harder to sell these deals. Over the past 12 months we have mainly been selling to hedge funds both local and national. How are you guys selling your deals with the dip in demand? How are you combatting both off and on market sales with little inventory? The buyers I have been working with were paying up to 110% of a properties value but have since shrunk recently as I mentioned.
