Wholesaling with a realtor

If I talked to a realtor and asked them to send me their pocket listings. I mentioned I pay with cash. They asked me who I am banking with… how do I respond to that??? Do I tell them i’m wholesaling or are they going to frown upon that?

 I think it is better to be upfront. If you do not want to lose that relationship and connection.
