Need a Las Vegas Rehab Contractor

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am looking for Rehab Contractor referrals. 

We need someone reliable that can get us a price on a Flip in Las Vegas. 

The property is 1150 Sg FT. 3 / 2 and we need a full rehab. It's not down to studs but we may have to do it, has been vacant for a while so there may be mold. Need them to handle that as well. The roof looks good but I need it checked, and I will also need 2 large trees removed and desert landscaping done front and back.
