Hey Rai, I'd start by getting into local Facebook groups (search for "Atlanta real estate") and post in there asking people to add you to their buyers lists. You'll have no shortage of replies. In time, you'll be able to see which are bad and which are good.

A more time-consuming method would be to attend Meetups and search for Craigslist posts of people who sell investment properties.

Those should be a few good ways to start.
