Hello Everyone, 

I am just getting started in wholesaling and am wondering if anyone is available to help me out with going over the numbers on a property I came across. At initial glance it seems like a good wholesale opportunity as the property would need TLC and would render a high ARV but I am looking to see if anyone is willing to help me with making sure that my initial thoughts are valid.
