What are some ways to put together a buyers list?

I have been looking at a couple of houses lately that I could potentially wholesale however I dont have a buyers list put together. This is where my question comes in. What are some good strategies of ways I could put together a buyers list? Thanks in advance!

Joint venture with another wholesaler - split the profits (see this all the time). Send direct mail to cash buyers in the area. Go to REIA meetings. Post "listings" on Craigslist and capture the respondents.
