Hello everyone, I am new to the Real Estate game and eager to get my foot in the door anyway possible, I live in Houston TX and think I have found a property I can wholesale, however I am not sure what to do next. If you were in my position, what would be the next couple of steps you would do to lock in the deal? Thanks in advance!

If I were you and if you haven't already, reach out to the seller and negotiate. Simultaneously, find platforms to gather a list of investors to pitch this deal to. Once you have it under contract, and a list of potential investors, pitch it. Also put in a contingency clause to protect yourself in the event that you can't find an investor. Good luck!
