Hey guys!

I am a newbie wholesaler at 18 years young. I am inquiring today about how to get assignment contracts? Also, I do not know how to get ahold of the proper P&S to allow assignment.. Qualifying a property this week. I'm hoping to get it under contract soon, but have very little guidance on what to do.
