South Jersey Wholesaling

Hello Everyone!

I'm a military member from South Jersey looking to get into real estate investing. Until I do my first househack, I'm looking to do a few wholesale deals. For other wholesallers, how did you go about finding flippers? I'm also unfamiliar with how the contracts work for the assignment part and how the wholesaller ultimately ends up getting paid. Finally, what is your general strategy for pitching assignment to a seller?
