Has anyone had a recent experience with purchasing or wholesaling a house in Chapter 13 in the past two years?  Have there been any changes?  Does the purchase still have to be approved by the court?  Would an owner have a court discharge if they don't keep up with the bankruptcy payments?

Anyone with recent experience, your insight would be appreciated.
