Finders Fee Form?
This potential wholesale just fell in my lap and I've never done one. I don't have time to get it under contract w/ the seller and then assign it. The buyer I found is just going to pay me a finders fee and then I can connect the buyer/seller. Is there a form I can use w/ the buyer just to make sure I don't get cut out of this deal?
