Struggling to find deals

Imol Hoh
Posted

Hello everyone I hope this reaches you in good health, I have been researching wholesaling for a year now. I've gained a lot of knowledge from youtube videos to even people on this platform. I have been struggling to find off-market deals. Many people tell me to subscribe to pop streams, batch leads, etc. I have used both platforms and it seems to be most data is outdated, I keep seeing youtube videos speaking about government lists when I visited the courthouse I was looked at very dumbly is there something I'm doing wrong? I also know there's a way to access them online but I'm always told it needs to go by name is there not a public record that you can just skip trace? I know this is a lot but I would appreciate any help or tips. I'm wholesaling in the Ohio area such as Cinci, Columbus, and Cleveland.

Also, check out The Complete Guide to the Columbus, Ohio Real Estate Market which goes through the Columbus, Ohio market in depth and will give you a better scope of where the highest levels of growth are taking place and where to look to invest.
