Finding cash buyers in rural Kentucky (West KY/Paducah etc)

I'm looking to start wholesaling in the western KY area, due to many people moving to that area due to Remote Work. How do I go about finding cash buyers for this area once I have a property under contract? You probably can tell, but I am new to this. I've seen facebook groups for larger metro areas, but for rural areas like Western Kentucky, I've been hitting a wall trying to find buyers. Any idea if there is a group for this area, or maybe some tools I can use?
