Co-marketing agreement

Hello,

I am new and I am going to be working with another wholesaler on a portfolio of properties and I wanted to know if anyone had a sample of a co-marketing agreement. The other wholesaler stated that the seller is paying a flat fee to market his properties and that we could split that. So would a co-marketing agreement be the best route? Or do I do a option to purchase with the wholesaler then if my buyer decides to buy then execute a standard purchase agreement then assign it over to my buyer? Lastly, what are the best agreements to execute when working on just one property with another wholesaler?

Thanks in advance,

Anita
