Wholesale agents' representation.
I recently came across a listing of a distressed property and decided to call the agent for that listing. After getting in contact with the agent, I asked her if she would be interested in representing or writing up the offer on my behalf, she agreed. She then stated that she is not the listing agent, she's the buyer's agent. I'm confused and need some clarification?
