How are you structuring your Acquisition Manager's Compensation?
Hi Everyone! I have a growing team, and I have a general structure in place, but as I add to my team, I want to make sure I am compensating in a way that is fair to both the acquisition manager and my company. I purchase most of the deals I find, so a percent of the wholesale fee doesn't always work. I'm currently paying a flat fee on anything I purchase and a % of the wholesale fee on anything that I don't. I also pay a small base salary. I want to attract good people, but I am spending a lot to generate these leads. Does anyone have details they're willing to provide on a compensation structure that works well for them? Thanks!
