A house is going up for sale need help Wholesaling/house finder

Posted

Hey BP community!  I have listened to a few podcasts and still extremely new at this. I am in college and have a friend whose parents own a house and want to sell it because my friend is graduating. I don’t know much about wholesaling (and I can’t but it right now ) apart from wanting to double close ( as I heard it’s the best) the deal and make a profit. Just managed to stumble on this deal and the my friends parents said they would let me know a price before reaching out to the realtor  and listing the house. Any advice on what to do and how I should approach this. How do I get to make money in this and still deliver the house to the buyer with knowing what to do and what’s going on.

Thank you in advance. Look forward to hearing from you all!
