Do I need an attorney when wholesaling real estate?

Hello I’m working on wholesaling a property and the real estate agent I’m working with asked if I had an attorney to represent me. I don’t have an attorney at the moment, but do I need one if I’m assigning the contact to another buyer? And if I do are there any attorney recommendations?  Thanks
