Presenting Judgements In My Offer
Hey Everyone,
I'm New to BiggerPockets and I see this as an amazing resource in finding great answers to questions and various topics. I am starting to get contact from my mailings and want to make sure that I know the action that needs to be taken when bringing it all together.
The question that has randomly pop into my mind of many thoughts and wonders is, do you present or discuss a judgement (tax lien, bankruptcy, or foreclosure) with the end buyer regarding the selling price as a wholesaler?
Thanks in advance for your help and advice!
