Good morning ! I had some questions I recently have been working with an investment company as a wholesaler for MF multi million dollar deals. We entered a JV agreement we will split profits 50/50 they are direct to broker and I'm direct to buyer. How would it work if I have another wholesaler find and bring me a cash buyer ? With these deals the buyer is paying a fee
