CRM and List Management

Whats up everybody,

Sure that this question gets asked a lot but what are your favorite software's for CRM, lead generation, and text campaigns. 

I am currently in a group of investors and everybody seems to be split on a system whether it is Flipster, propstream, smarter contact, the list goes on 

Want to find a system that is beneficial for quality lead generation, managment and campaigns. Any advice is appreciated.

Hey @Kendrick Seen - I agree with @Jonathan Greene that it's most important you use it and use it well.

With regard to real estate specific software, we really liked RESimpli. It is clean, has good UI/UX, and is pretty intuitive. We also tried out REI Blackbook but not did not like it because was pretty clunky and hard to figure out.

Now, being that we are not real estate specific, we have a general contracting business in Chicago; we have a pretty robust system built out in HubSpot, which we LOVE and definitely allows room for more growth!
