Looking to network with wholesalers in the Baltimore/DC area

Hi guys!

My name is Morgan and I’m from just south of Annapolis. I am interested in networking with some wholesalers in the Baltimore/DC area. I have noticed some homes in my neighborhood that I would like to try to wholesale but struggling with the process a little even after reading a bunch of different stuff. One of the big questions I have is do you guys use a real estate lawyer or title companies to do your deals?
