First time getting into Wholesaling Virtually

Hi everyone. I'm just getting started in Wholesaling Virtually. I'm honestly not sure where I should start. I have started researching locations to begin in, and I found Arizona to be interesting, but would love the feedback and I've also found a really nice attorney in the state as well. Should I form an LLC before starting to contact owners and investors, or do you think it's okay to go it as myself in the start? Thank you in advance for your replies.
