Strategies to Find Other Wholesalers for JVs

I'm exploring the possibility of doing JV deals with other wholesalers. I've been doing lots of marketing to build up a buyers list. To feed them more deals, I'm thinking of doing JVs with other wholesalers. It could be a win-win-win for everyone.

The thing is, how do I find other wholesalers aside from the typical Craigslist, Bandit sign lookups, and FB ads. What strategies can you come up with?
