Lease back agreement
I have a deal where the seller needs to stay in the property 30 days after closing. Any advise on where to locate a lease back agreement and how to structure the terms including escrow hold back amount?

Look for the North Carolina Association of Realtors Seller Possession after closing form.
Seems like there is a form for almost every situation, so you don't have to create one.
