Banks on your buyers list?
Forgive me if this has been asked before, but has anyone had any success wholesaling one of their deals to banks?
The reason I ask is because I was going through the county sold list for sherrif sales in my area, and I noticed that the majority of the buyers in the sherrif sales were banks, not small banks, big banks.

Ben, banks don't buy houses. Banks only end up taking back houses they are foreclosing on, and when no one else bids what they are willing to accept for the pay off. This is how they end up with REO's that they sell.
