Wholesaling with real estate agent

I am in need of advice I have been talking with a real estate agent and was close to making a deal but she told me her agency wouldn’t allow assignment of contract while the property was under escrow…. Does any one have any feedback or ways around this please and tia!!

Properties listed on the mls are not your target, for a number of reasons...

1) assignment issues

2) you'll have to provide a Legit POF (cash in the bank) in Your name

3) listed properties have already been exposed to 100’s of retail buyers and agents, it hasn’t sold, so they are Not at “wholesale” prices.

You are just wasting your time, and everyone else’s involved.
