Starting Out In Wholesaling
Hi BP family, my name is Nate. I'm trying to get into the wholesaling business, and trying to figure out my first step. Would it be a good idea to find an attorney and create an LLC? Aside from the title company, is having an attorney necessary for wholesaling? If so, what role does the attorney play? When looking for a motivated seller that has a property that falls under the definition of a "good deal", what are red flags I should look out for before getting their property under contract?
