So I like to learn by example. If I dont need to go through it just by asking a question and learning. Thats shows better to me. So as a new investor what things should I be watching out for. Any road blocks or things that could get in my way. Or even examples of a time when something didnt go right for you. I am starting with wholesaleing. I want to learn from the Pros.
