Hello friends! Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful. Anyone know of any local Wholesale Investor REI meetings in the San Fernando Valley, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Burbank, or Glendale area that are meeting either virtually or in person for Dec/January? Thank you.

I'm in Orange County.  KeyGlee had one here a few weeks ago, and one of Ryan Pineda's students had one in October that attracted a lot of people.
