{tl;dr} "i've gained access to property inspection list for pre-foreclosed and vacant homes. Need guidance on how to utilize it.

Hello, thanks in advance. I live in Queens NY and i'm looking for some guidance on what i can do with the information I've gained access to. I have a close friend who's a property home inspector specifically for properties that are either in pre foreclosure, foreclosed, vacant, & occasional insurance claim properties. 

He's been getting so much work that he's outsourced some of it to me. The properties are located in south queens (zip code examples - 11432, 11434, 11435, 11421, 11411 etc.) This gives me access to two portals (inspectorade and safeview inspect) which everyday gets uploaded with new address of properties that need to be inspected. In the short time i've already inspected distress properties that seem to have potential. 

I really want to get into Wholesaling since i have very low capital that seems like the easiest point of entry. I've learned through this forum NY is the most difficult to do wholesaling but not impossible so that's where i was hoping to get some guidance. 

I planned on sending direct mailers saying "we buy house" to each property and do skip tracing to get phone numbers to cold call/text i got a little hesitant seeing the potential challenges because of NY Laws and larger earnest money deposits. I'm very very eager to make this happen and take advantage of this information i have access to.

My main question is if you were me in my position with this information what would you do?

Also very eager and open to meet or zoom call with investors in the NYC area. I'm open to sharing my list and working together with someone. I have time to put into this and definitely the energy and a huge reason why, so i look forward to hearing your thoughts.
