What was the shift that made you move like an investor - not just a learner?

I am currently building my brand ( Harveaux™) and working toward real estate licensure while sharpening my knowledge in wholesaling, land and investment strategy.

Lately I have noticed a shift - not just in what I am doing, but how I am thinking. I have gone from watching from the sidelines to moving like the asset.

For those further along in the industry:

What moment or mindset shift made you stop playing small and start operating like a real investor or business owner? Was it a deal? A mentor? A failure that taught you?

Let's build a thread that sharpens the room. Someone in here is ready to level up- your story might be the key. Don't be shy. =)
