Hello everyone, I would like to give a big shout out to Rebecca Knox at Captain Save A Home LLC.

Rebecca has been mentoring me through the Brew City REI Training Café and when I need help, I can call her anytime for advice. I bought a wholesale deal from Captain Save A Home LLC a couple of months ago and planned on doing a light rehab and putting it back on market but got behind with other jobs I have through my contractor business. Rebecca followed up with me to see how my project was going and after we spoke, I decided to list it without doing any work except cleaning up the yard and inside of home.  I spent less than 1,000 on cleaning property and received an offer of 18,000 over the asking price within 3 days of listing.
