Need recommendation for legal advice on flipping liabilities with non insured workers
I am currently flipping houses and most of the workers I hire to do work are not licensed (handyman, etc...). My builder's insurance does not cover any of those workers.
I need to know if there's a legal form that I can have the workers sign stating that I am not liable for anything.

I'm not a lawyer, not legal advise.
In Fla there are certain things a handyman can do, but it's fairly limited. Even if you do get them to sign something, they could still sue you if they fall down and break their neck, and it's still illegal to use unlicensed labor and you could get in trouble with the DBPR if you're caught.
