Legal Assistance on review of Triple Net Lease - Denton (North Dallas) , Texas
Folks,
Looking for a good real estate lawyer to assist in negotiations with our landlord on their Triple Net lease for a small business in a strip mall. Issues are first they significantly raised the operating cost portion of the rent. Second they mandate a long lead time if we choose to sell our business. I would like a discussion and review of the lease to recommend a path forward with this landlord, We are new to Triple Net and not sure what is customary.
