LLC vs Prenuptial agreement for rental property.
Hi All, I’m looking to keep 1 premarital asset (my condo) separate from my fiancé.
My goal is make sure shes not involved with the condo and the eventual rental property business I plan make out of the condo.
I want to keep her name outside of any liability the rental property business may incur over time. Liability meaning anything with the renter or anything legal.
So in order to keep her completely separate and protect her will an LLC or a prenuptial agreement be better?
