Good day my friends I need some advice on an issue I have a tree that felt on top of my house the insurance covered all repairs I just paid the deductible. The issue I have is that I just find out that one of the walls moves and is cracking bad the inspector from the insurance and my  contractor missed that part.  How can i precent this to the insurance. I believe the case is closed. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go back to your insurance company, the question that will come up is if the wall moved because of the tree or for something else. That will be the issue. Do you have any pics before the tree fell on the wall? You can call the insurance company and see if they open a new claim or work off the old claim, if its a new one then you may get hit again with a deductible which will stink, but they may also not cover it entirely. Only way to find out is to call your insurance company.
