creating land condominiums in Massachusetts or other for pre-construction sale
I'm looking for someone with experience creating land condominium in Massachusetts or recommendations for facilitating. I have approval to construct 3 townhomes in Massachusetts. Creating the ability to sell a developer two of the three condominium plats (development rights) and retain one (before any construction takes place) seems to be the most advantageous approach for me, (I want to retain one plat to build and make my primary residence). But I've been told Massachusetts doesn't recognize land condominiums. Are you familiar with options for handling this? Thanks, -Kevin
