I have an issue that I may need so Legal help with and am looking for an attorney in Southern Ca to provide advice. Our property manager sent out plumber to do some work on a clogged sync. They seem to have fixed to clog and left. The next evening their downstairs neighbor came home from work to a water damage in though out his unit and water dripping from his ceiling. Our property manager called the same plumber back. The plumber said that the problem was a cracked pipe further up the line and did a repair. He took a few pics that showed damage, but not the problem. He took away all evidence and is now charging $1700. In addition to that the HOA, down stairs neighbor are pointing fingers at me and the property manager is being evasive. The down stairs neighbor's repairs could be $10K plus.

If you have someone decent, I would be grateful for the recommendation.
