California Quitclaim deed
Hello,
I just found out that my grandmother had a home which was quitclaim deeded to her back in 2001 from the original owner. All the paperwork is signed and notarized in Los Angeles County. I'm not even sure if the original owner is still living but it looks like the home was sold in 2004. Is that possible if everything was signed over to my grandmother? Could that even be legally possible if everything wasn't transferred over to the buyer from my grandmother?
